City of Santa Fe
Ongoing discovery into how the city coordinates permits, street closures, and public safety across 24+ departments. We're running 60+ interviews, from the office that asked for help to police, fire, parking, IT, and the mayor's office, looking for the places where we can improve how teams work together in-person and asynchronously.
Santa Fe, with The Life Link
An application that helps outreach teams and case managers coordinate their efforts on the ground by tracking encampments, by-name records, and running case conferencing meetings. No single system sees everyone living on the street today, so the initiative aims to explore whether frontline workers will use lightweight tools to ease their workload and collectively build a shared picture of need.
NM Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources
Two discovery projects: how geothermal data is used today, and how field hydrogeologists collect, report, and share measurements. The findings shaped a front-end rebuild and a plan for making the platform's data fully editable by the people who rely on it.
City of Santa Fe
We ran an earlier discovery engagement with the city, before the special events work above. What we learned was behavioral: Santa Fe's providers already knew each other. They needed a safe way to coordinate, so people experiencing homelessness get consistent support from one organization to the next. That finding is now becoming the Many Paths Project.
Atrocity Crimes Advisory Group (ACA Ukraine)
An eight-week discovery process that developed strategies for coordinating the work of eight separate organizations across multiple countries, and of the US, UK, and EU governments, on war crimes documentation. It was followed by three months prototyping and building the coordination system it called for.
